They are rich in minerals like potassium, magnesium, and copper and super yummy to taste! Addition of mango to a normal payasam doubles its health benefits and also makes it tastier.

Ripe mangoes, coconut, almond milk
1. Wash ripe mangoes and chop into pieces.
2. In a blender, add the mangoes and coconut to make a puree.
3. Mix this with the almond milk and serve cold or at room temperature!
