Prepare nuggets at home, which are easy to make and very delicious. It contains Broccoli, a cruciferous vegetable loaded with loads of nutrients.     Ingredients to make Veggie Nuggets at Home (1 serving):

    Onions-25gms, potatoes -50gms, breadcrumbs-50gms, broccoli -50gms, mozzarella cheese-25gms, salt to taste, pepper to taste.

    Steps to make Veggie Nuggets at Home:

    1. Boil potatoes and broccoli and mash it and keep it aside.

    2. Add onions, grated mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper to taste and mix well.

    3. Make small balls from the mixture and roll it over bread crumbs and shallow fry it.

    Serve this yummy veggie nugget with some tomato ketchup.
