A treasure trove of nutrients, fenugreek leaves are rich in fibre and antioxidants. All these nutrition benefits along with a pleasant bitter taste. Wheat methi phulkas is a very common dish that is consumed by almost all Indians due to it's nutritional benifits and easy method of preparation. It can be served with number of curries, vegetables and chutney.

Wheat flour-1 cup, fenugreek leaves-½ cup, water-½ cup, salt-to taste and oil-1 tsp
1. Wash and chop methi leaves.
2. Mix wheat flour, oil, methi leaves and salt, add enough water and mix into asmooth dough and leave for 10 minutes.
3. Roll it into small circles using your rolling pin.
4. Put it in the pan as usual and make phulkas.
Serve hot with chutney, dal, or curry.
