Whole Wheat Beetroot Paratha is a great way to feed your kids beetroot. It is filled with the goodness of beets and fibre from the whole wheat flour. Not only it is healthy, but it also tastes delicious.

    To make whole wheat Beetroot Paratha

    1. To begin with Whole Wheat Beetroot Paratha, firstly peel the skin of beetroots and chop them into small pieces.

    2. Add about 1 cup water to the beetroot and cook. Once beetroots are fully cooked, remove from flame and if there is any water just discard it.

    3. In a blender add the cooked beetroot pieces and grind into a thick and smooth puree, add very little water for grinding.

    4. In a wide mixing bowl add the beetroot puree, whole wheat flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder and salt. Mix well and knead to make smooth soft non sticky dough. If you find the dough to be very sticky add little more flour and knead.

    Prepare the delicious paratha with the knead you prepared. Try it; you will love to share with your friends.
