If you are bored with regular breakfast, these savoury gram flour pancakes are your saviour. Not only with flavours, they are also full of nutrition and fibers.

    Ingredients to make Yellow Salty Pancakes:

    1 cup besan ( gram flour), one onion, 1 tomato, few coriender leaves, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, water and oil as required

    Steps to make Yellow Salty Pancakes:

    1. First of all, finely chop onion, tomato and coriander leaves.

    2. Now mix all the ingredients thoroughly with wired whisk except oil.

    3. Heat heavy bottomed gridle and grease it with little oil.

    4. Pour ladle full of batter and spread evenly in circular motion.

    5. Smear oil on the edges and after 1 minute, flip it gently and smear some more oil.

    6. Cook by pressing through spatula till golden brown.

    Serve it in moderate to hot state with chutney or dal.
