Yogurt Popsicle

Yogurt mixed with berries and honey is a superb combination to prepare Yogurt Popsicle. Flavoured with vanilla essence, this popsicle is not only tasty but also healthy. Berries are rich in vitamin and minerals while honey is the natural sweetener which is also having vital vitamin and minerals. Yogurt and milk give the required calcium.

    Ingredients to make Yogurt Popsicle:

    3 cups berries (strawberries, blueberries, keep one cup of chopped berries separate), ¼ cup honey, 1 cup yogurt, ¼ milk, 1 tsp vanilla essence.

    Steps to make Yogurt Popsicle:

    1. In a blender, puree 2 cups of berries and yogurt together till you get a smooth consistent texture. This will take about a min. Add the milk , honey and vanilla essence too. Give a good mix.

    2. Inside the popsicle mold, layer the ingredients as follows.

    3. Add 2 tsp berries. Pour the yogurt mixture. On top add few more berries.

    4. Freeze for about 6 hours or overnight.

    Yummy and healthy Yogurt Popsicle is ready to relish. Enjoy!
