Yummy Baby Jamuns are packed with saturated fat, simple carbohydrates, and calories. Since desserts of this kind are mostly consumed after meals, try to eat a high fiber, balanced meal to minimize sweet cravings. It is high in sugar and fat as it is deep fried. Hence, it is advisable to consume it in moderation. The balls are made of milk, so it also provides calcium. It is an all time favourite dessert, and also something that's easy to make and gives instant energy.

Jamun milk solids-1 cup, maida-1 cup, milk-1 cups, ghee-1 cup, sugar-3 cups, and water-2 cups
1. Boil sugar and water mixture in a saucepan till you get sugar syrup consistency. Keep aside.
2. Mix maida, jamun milk solis, milk, and ghee in a bowl. Knead into dough.
3. Make smooth small dough balls from the dough.
4. Heat ghee in a colander and fry jamuns balls . Stir to get even colour.
Soak the jamuns into sugar syrup and serve.
