Coconut ladoos are delightfully delicious and will make a delicious treat for your little one. Besides being delectable, these ladoos are loaded with the nutritional benefits of coconuts. Coconuts are rich in fibre, carbohydrates, ascorbic acid, B vitamins and proteins. So here’s a quick and easy way to make coconut ladoos at home.

Ingredients: 1 ½ cups of grated coconut, 1 cup of grated khoya, ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of ghee.
Steps:
1. Heat ghee in a pan and toss in the grated coconut. Saute lightly, taking care that you do not get the coconut brown.
2. Add the grated khoya. It will melt and will bring the coconut together. Sprinkle in cardamom powder and sugar. Stir on low flame for a couple of minutes to ensure mixing and then remove into a bowl.
3. Grease your palms with a little ghee or oil and pinch out little ladoos.
