    Cashews, paneer, onion, cumin powder to taste, salt to taste

    Steps to make Simple Paneer Curry:

    1. Stir-fry paneer until golden brown.

    2. In a pan add onions, and cashews and put it in a blender and blend it into the smooth consistency.

    3. Add the paste to the pan add paneer, cumin powder, and salt to taste.

    Serve this yummy paneer curry with soft rice or soft phulka to your little bundle of joy!
