Your toddler is developing a liking towards ready to eat chips and fries. This is the time where you can replace the junk food with healthy alternatives and give them healthy eating habits for life. This recipe is ideal for 2-3 year olds and is quick to make and needless to say is rich in vitamins, fiber, calcium and proteins!

Contents
Ingredients: 1 Carrot, 1 boiled sweet potato, 1 cucumber, 1 avocado, 1 teaspoon butter, lemon juice, pepper, fresh coriander leaves, olive oil and salt to taste.
Steps:
Boil the sweet potato and then cut carrot, sweet potato and cucumber in sticks, just like finger fries.
Take a pan and melt butter in it on medium flame. Gently sauté the sweet potato sticks so that they are little crispy on the outside. Take them out on a paper towel to absorb the excess butter.
For avocado dip, take a bowl and scoop out the avocado in it. With a fork, mash the avocado and add lemon juice, salt, pepper, a dash of olive oil and fresh coriander leaves in it.
Serve the carrot, cucumber and sweet potato sticks with avocado dip to your child.
This is not just yummy but also fully healthy and filling!
