Do you have a child who is not much into spicy stuff? Then this Zarda Pulao is the right dish for him. The flavour of ghee along with nuts is sure to tingle the taste buds of your little one and it also has vital vitamins and proteins.

1 cup rice, 2 tablespoons ghee, 1 tablespoon almonds, 1 tablespoon cashews, 1 tablespoon pistachios
1. Soak rice for 15 minutes in water.
2. Drain the rice
3. In a pan, add 2 tablespoons ghee and fry the rice till you get a nice aroma.
4. Keep the rice aside and in the same pan, fry the nuts.
5. Cook rice in pressure cooker for two whistles.
6. Cool the rice and add the fried nuts.
Serve this rice to your little one and see him finish his lunch in a jiffy!
