Aam ki Keesri, also known as Aam Sheera is a must try recipe. It is the right time to introduce to the king of fruits. Mangoes contain 20 different vitamins and minerals and boost your health exponentially.

1 cup rava (semolina), 1 ½ cup mango pulp, ½ cup ghee, 1 cup sugar, 1 tbsp almond powder, 3-4 rose Petals, 3 cups water
1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and roast the rava till it turns light brown, stirring constantly, remove rava in a plate and keep it aside.
2. Add water to the same pan and bring to boil. Add the sugar, rose petals and the mango pulp.
3. Slowly add the roasted rava while stirring constantly.
4. Simmer the flame and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add the ghee little by little and keep mixing till the whole mixture forms into a ball and does not stick to the pan.
6. Add the almond powder and mix well.
