This is a simple recipe with loads of nutrients. Methi is enriched with iron and can be introduced in the form of methi parathas to kids. It is rich in anti-oxidants and dietary fibre that improves digestion and helps eliminate toxins from the body.Potato is a very good source of vitamin B6 and a good source of potassium, copper, vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, dietary fiber, and pantothenic acid.

1 cup whole meal flour, water as required, ½ cup methi, salt to taste, 2 tbsp oil, 1 cup boilled and mashed potato, ½ tsp turmeric powder.
1. Combine the flour, potato,methi, salt, oil and turmeric by adding little water and knead into a pliable dough.
2.Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
3. Make small balls out of the dough and roll them out into nice circular shapes.
4.Heat a tawa and put the rolled out paratha on it. Fry it both sides with little oil.
Delicious Aloo methi phulka is ready. Serve it warm to your kiddo along with curd and top it with butter. Cut it in triangle pieces and put them in aluminum foil so that it stays fresh.
