It is a difficult task for every mother to make their child eat healthy food. The only way Moms can include these in their kids’ diet is by finding innovative ways to sneak them in. This is a simple recipe, which will give all the goodness associated with green vegetables. Methi is enriched with iron, anti-oxidants, and dietary fibre that improves digestion and helps eliminate toxins from the body.

1 cup Wheat Flour, ½ cup methi leaves, salt to taste, 1 bowl curd, 1 tsp oil.
1. Rinse the methi leaves well and drain them completely. Chop it finely and keep aside.
2. Now combine the flour, methi and salt by adding little water and knead into a smooth dough.
3. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
4. Make medium sized balls out of the dough and roll them out into nice circular shapes.
5. Heat a tawa and put the rolled out roti on it. Fry it both sides with little oil.
Yummy Aloo methi roti is ready. Serve it warm to your kiddo along with curd or butter. You can also stack them in a casserole and serve them warm or at room temperature later on.
