Aloo Paneer Crispers

    This two in one appetizer cum snack is packed with calcium, Potassium, Protein and Phosperous.

    Ingredients to make Aloo Paneer Crispers:

    2 tbsp Paneer, 1/2 cup boiled and mashed Potato, 1 tbsp Milk Powder, 1/2 + 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder, Oil to deep fry,1 tbsp Corn Flour, 3-4 almonds, 3-4 cashew, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala.

    Steps to make Aloo Paneer Crispers:

    1. Mix paneer and boiled potato along with salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, crushed almonds and cashews.

    2. Mix to make a smooth mixture.

    3. Make round balls from the mixture.

    4. Make a batter with corn flour, salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.

    5. Let the batter be slightly thin in consistency.

    6. Dip the paneer balls in cornflour batter and roll them in milk powder

    7. Keep the balls aside for 20 minutes to set.

    8. Deep fry the paneer balls in oil till golden brown.

    Serve this healthy crispy snack to your champ.
