Are your fond of bread? Make this healthier alternative - Atte ki Roti, made from whole wheat flour, which provides vital carbohydrates and fibre.

Whole wheat flour (atta)-2 cups, salt to taste, oil-1 tsp, water as required for dough
1. Combine wheat flour, salt and oil. Mix well and knead into a soft dough using water. Cover and set aside to rest for 15-20 minutes.
2. Divide dough into small balls and roll to form rotis.
3. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place a roti on it and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat. Flip and cook again on the other side for 2 minutes.
4. Remove roti from tawa, place on open flame and cook till it puffs. Serve immediately with any sabzi.
This delectable roti is sure to be gobbled up with glee!
