Banana pancake is a really good choice of food for breakfast as it is highly nutritious and easy to make. It is quite filling and considered to be one of the best finger foods.

Bananas are rich in nutrients such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, and iron and phosphorous. Eggs are full of protein and are excellent sources of lutein and Zeaxanthin which are essential for healthy eyes of your child.
2 small eggs, 1 big size ripe banana, and oil/butter as required.
1. Take banana and eggs. Mash the banana well with a fork. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix well with banana. Beat the constituents well to get a smooth consistency.
2. Heat a nonstick pan and grease it lightly. Pour two tablespoon of the batter into the pan and spread it to form thin circles. Cook for about five minutes till the pancakes get a good texture and turn golden brown in color. Flip the pancakes carefully. Cook for a minute and remove it from the pan.
3. Repeat the process for the remaining mix.
Serve immediately in a sterilized bowl.
