Barley powder konjee is an easily digestible and nutritious food. Its smooth texture and delicious taste must be comforting to the taste buds. This dish is rich in protein, iron and vitamin K, which is good for heart and fights against constipation issues, so in totality it is a bliss.

10 gms barley powder, 1 small banana, 1 cup water and pinch of sugar
1. First of all, peel the banana, slice it and make a smooth puree with the help of blender.
2. Then take a sauce pan, dry roast barley powder till it becomes a little pink.
3. Next, add water and keep stirring to get smooth consistency.
4. After 5 minutes, add pureed banana and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Lastly, add a pinch of sugar.
6. Transfer it to a sterilised bowl.
Enjoy when it is in lukewarm condition, milk can be added if required.
