    Ingredients to make Barley powder Konjee/Porridge:

    10 gms barley powder, 1 small banana, 1 cup water and pinch of sugar

    Steps to make Barley Powder Konjee/Porridge:

    1. First of all, peel the banana, slice it and make a smooth puree with the help of blender.

    2. Then take a sauce pan, dry roast barley powder till it becomes a little pink.

    3. Next, add water and keep stirring to get smooth consistency.

    4. After 5 minutes, add pureed banana and cook for another 2 minutes.

    5. Lastly, add a pinch of sugar.

    6. Transfer it to a sterilised bowl.

    Enjoy when it is in lukewarm condition, milk can be added if required.
