    Ingredients to make Beetroot Carrot Soup:

    1/4th cup peeled and chopped beetroots, 1/4th cup peeled and chopped carrots

    Steps to make Beetroot Carrot Soup:

    1. Pressure cook beet and carrots with 2 cups water for 2 whistles.

    2. Cool slightly and blend in a mixer till smooth.

    3. Strain the mixture using a strainer; transfer the mixture into deep pan and bring it to boil while stirring in between.

    Cool slightly and serve lukewarm.
