The flavours of mustard and sesame enhances the taste of potatoes in this Bengali Style Aloo Bhorta recipe. It is simply a quick and easy dish. Potatoes are a good source of vitamins C and B6, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, and pantothenic acid.

1 cup boiled, peeled and mashed potato, 1 tsp sesame oil, ½ tsp. mustard seeds, ¼ tsp pepper powder and salt to taste.
1. Heat sesame oil in a wide pan and add mustard seeds and when it sputters, switch off the flame and add mashed potato, pepper and salt.
2. Mix them all together well.
