Dates and sesame seeds are rich in calcium, fibre, vitamins and minerals. Cashews too have vital vitamin and minerals. You can prepare a delicious sweet, calcium rich dates laddoo using these ingredients. This quick, nutritious, sweet snack will keep you energetic for a long time. You can also store it in refrigerator for a week.

10-15 dates, 10 cashews, ¼ cup sesame seeds
1. Deseed the dates. Roughly chop them.
2. In a pan, dry roast the chopped dates for 2 mins and keep aside. Repeat the same step for cashews and sesame seeds, separately.
3. In a blender, finely powder the dates, cashews and sesame seeds, individually.
4. Mix the powdered ingredients, take small portions and roll them into balls.
Yummy and healthy calcium rich dates laddoo is ready to relish.
