    Ingredients to make Capsicum Biryani:

    3 cups cooked long grained rice, 2 sliced small capsicums, ½ cup cooked pea, 1 sliced potato, 1 chopped onion, oil as required, salt as per taste, ½ cup coriander leaves

    Steps to make Capsicum Biryani:

    1. Heat the oil in a pan and add chopped onions into it and saute until the onions become golden.

    2. Then add the sliced potato and the capsicums to it. Saute it until it becomes soft. If required you can cover it for perfectly soft. Add salt as per your taste.

    3. Then add the cooked peas in that and mix well.

    4. After 2 minutes add the rice and mix everything well and cover it for 2 minutes and then turn off the gas.

    5. For garnishing, sprinkle the coriander leaves and serve hot with raita.

    So, your capsicum biryani is ready to surprise your family for a treat.
