    Ingredients to make Carrot Neer Dosa:

    Rice flour, carrots (grated), water as required, oil, salt to taste

    Steps to make Carrot Neer Dosa:

    1. Combine the rice flour and grated carrot together.

    2. Heat a tawa and grease with oil.

    3. Pour a ladle full of batter and cook the dosa for 3-5 minutes.

    Carefully remove from the pan and serve with sambar or any curry!
