These bites are ideal for those who loves to have a bite and run off and then come again for another bite. These bites are packed with nutrition of thiamine, niacin, vitamin B6, folate and manganese, dietary fiber, vitamin A, C, K, potassium, and phosphorus.

½ cup boiled and mashed potato, ½ cup boiled and mashed carrot, ½ cup boiled and minced broccoli, ½ cup boiled and minced cauliflower, 1 tsp butter, 1 cup plain flour, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, water as required, salt to taste and 1 tsp black pepper powder
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Heat a pan, add butter and add all the cooked veggies, cheese and sauté till it is well mixed.
3. When the veggies are cool, add the flour and mix it well.
4. Mould the mixture to desired shapes and bake for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
