Using three simple ingredients, you can make delicious Chenna Cheela. Wheat flour, which is a rich source of carbohydrates, paneer, which is rich in protein and ghee, which has fats are all that you need. This wholesome chenna cheela can be given as breakfast or during meal time.

1 cup wheat flour, ½ cup paneer, 1 tsp ghee, salt as required
1. In a bowl, mix wheat flour, salt and ghee. Mix well.
2. Add paneer and mix with the flour. Add water as required and make a dough.
3. Take a ball from the dough and roll it as a chapati.
4. On a hot tawa, spread the chenna cheela. Once light brown, flip and cook the other side.
Yummy hot chenna cheela is ready. Enjoy.
