These Chubby Veg Balls are a fantastic way to pack in veggies and are ideal finger foods. This is an interesting recipe packed with nutrients like rich iron, calcium, vitamins A, C and B6, protein, phosphorus, manganese, magnesium and potassium.

2 boiled mashed potato and carrot, ¼ cup boiled peas, 1 onion chopped, 3 tbsp. bread crumbs, 1 tsp. black pepper powder, salt to taste and oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, add the mashed potatoes, carrot, peas, onions, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan until hot.
3. Make small equal-sized balls from the mixture and roll them in bread crumbs, let them coat evenly and fry them in the oil until golden all over.
Try today and serve it with cucumber sticks or dipped in mayonnaise.
