Coconut Milk Payasam is a yummy, delightful dessert, which you can try since its rich in iron and vitamins.It is simple to make if you have coconut milk in handy.

Rice, turmeric leaves, thin coconut milk, thick coconut milk, cardamom powder, cashews, grated nutmeg, coconut oil, jaggery.
1. Wash, rinse, and soak rice in water for 15 minutes.
2. Grind the soaked rice with coconut milk till it’s blended well.
3. In a pan, heat jaggery in little water and strain the mixture.
4. Keep the mixture aside.
5. Boil the milk and rice mixture in the pan.
6. When it gets heated up, add the strained jaggery.
7. When it simmers, switch off and add nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and cashews.
Coconut Milk Payasam is ready to be served.
