Coconut milk is known for its health benefits. You can include it in your kiddo’s diet as it is a good way to improve his bone strength and immunity to fight diseases. It can be given to your kiddo once he starts eating all family foods. Rice is easy to digest and is a good source of B complex vitamins, protein, provides high energy and rejuvenates the body when mixed with milk and is a cure for diarrhea and dysentery.

2 cups rice, 1 and a half cup water, 1 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk and 1 tsp salt
1. Rinse and drain rice in cold water.
2. Take a pan and put water, coconut milk and salt into it.
3.Place the pan over high heat and bring the liquid to a boil.
4. Stir it. Lower the flame and cover the pan tightly with the lid.
5. Continue cooking for 15 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and let it stand 10 minutes, covered. Serve to your kiddo along with curd or any vegetable curry of your choice.
