    Ingredients to make Cooked Rice Pancakes:

    2 cups cooked rice, 5 tbsp grated carrot, 5 tbsp finely chopped spring onions, 1/2 cup shredded cabbage, 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup besan, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, 2 tbsp curd, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander, salt to taste, oil for greasing and cooking

    Steps to make Cooked Rice Pancakes:

    1. Combine all the ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix well to make a batter of dropping consistency using enough water.

    2. Heat ¼ tsp oil in a non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread to make a pancake.

    3. Cook on both sides, using a little oil, till it turns golden brown in colour. Serve hot.
