An easy and healthy coriander dal soup is an excellent source of vitamins, iron, proteins, and so on. It boosts the digestive system,decreases the risk of anemia, and helps to improve health.

½ cup moong dal, 1/4th cup peas, handful of spinach leaves, ghee, coriander leaves, salt, water, cumin seeds
1. Wash and soak the dal for 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile wash spinach leaves, peas and coriander leaves separately.
3. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds. When the seeds starts crackling add peas and saute it for a minute.
4. Add dal, chopped spinach leaves, salt and water, mix well and pressure cook for two whistles.
5. Open the lid of pressure cooker once the steam escaped on its own. Add boiled water if required.
6. Grind the spinach dal mixture using blender. Add coriander leaves while grinding.
Healthy Coriander Dal Soup is ready to serve. Garnish it with ghee and coriander leaves.
