A yummy chutney that is perfect for dosa, idli, and vada is here and it is so easy to prepare. Just sum up all the ingredients right and you will get a yummy chutney to accompany your child's lunch, dinner, or breakfast.

1/3 cup coriander leaves, 150 gm chopped onion, 4 tsp coconut oil, 1/4 cup split urad dal, salt as per the taste
1. Soak urad dal for 15 minutes in water and then take it out from the water.
2. Heat some oil in a pan and ass soaked urad dal in it. Fry until the dal turns golden brown in color.
3. Now add onions and fry them till they turn golden brown in color.
4. To this, add salt and saute for another minute.
5. Now take it off from the flame and let it cool.
6. In a blender, add this mixture along with coriander leaves and grind into a coarse paste.
7. Heat oil in a pan and add 1 tsp mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
Temper the chutney with mustard seeds and it is ready to eat.
