Delicious Beetroot Upma

    Ingredients to make Beetroot Upma:

    White rava - 1 cup, Beetroot puree - 2 cup, Onion - 1 [finely chopped], Ginger grated- ½ tbsp, Curry leaves - 1 sprig, Coriander leaves [chopped] - 2 tbsp, Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp, Bengal gram - 1 tbsp, Urad dal - ½ tbsp, Salt to taste, Oil - 2 tbsp

    Steps to make Beetroot Upma:

    1. Dry roast rava.

    2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once it splutters, add chopped onion and sauté till light brown. Add ginger and curry leaves and sauté.

    3. Add beetroot puree and salt. When it boils, add roasted rava slowly and stir simultaneously so that there are no lumps.

    4. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.

    Serve some delicious Beetroot Upma and make this day!
