This is one of the brilliant ways of introducing almonds in your champ’s diet. Use soaked almonds as they are more easy to digest and absorb better and are also rich in calcium and vitamin E.

10 soaked and blanched almonds, ½ cup chopped carrots, ½ cup milk, 2 dates
1. If you prefer to steam the carrots for your champ, you can steam them until soft.
2. Add all the ingredients to a blender jar and blend till smooth.
