Treat yourself with this wholesome meal - drumstick leaves porridge. Drumstick leaves are rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, manganese, protein, beta carotene and other essential nutrients, while red rice are easily digestible and rich in antioxidants.

Red rice boiled 1/4th cup, 1/4th cup normal rice, handful of drumstick leaves, ghee, salt as per taste
1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.
2. Add drumstick leaves and cook it till the leaves gets wilted.
3. Add 3-4 cups of water and allow it to boil.
4. Meanwhile wash the rice properly.
5. Add the washed rice and boiled red rice in cooker, add salt and cook it for 5-6 minutes or till it gets cooked properly.
6. Make sure the consistency of rice should appear like porridge.
Top up with with some ghee and grated coconut for enhanced taste.
