Try this scrumptious Dry Fruit Halwa, which is high on healthy quotient as it is loaded with antioxidants-rich dry fruits. This is perfect dish to treat your child's sweet tooth and give him some dry fruits.

1 cup almonds, ½ cup pista, ½ cup cashews, ghee, 1/4th cup milk, 1 cup sugar/jaggery
1. Add 1 tbsp ghee in a kadai and roast all the dryfruits.
2. Take roasted almonds, cashews and pista and grind them together into a fine powder.
3. Take a cup of water and boil sugar in it. Once the sugar dissolved, add dry fruits powder.
4. Keep the flame on medium and stir fry the halwa for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add 1/4th cup milk and keep stirring the halwa.
6. Once it attains the halwa consistency, switch off the flame.
Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and serve.
