In the hot summer months, you need to prepare cooling and refreshing foods. Try our Farm Yogurt recipe, loaded with veggies to provide your kiddo with lots of nutrients like calcium, vitamin C, vitamin A, manganese and potassium.

Yogurt 2 cups, diced carrot ½ cup, diced bell pepper ½ cup, diced cucumber ½ cup, diced tomato ½ cup, salt to taste, roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
1. Toss all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Serve immediately.
