Flavoured rice pancakes are healthy and easy to make pancakes that contain banana, which is energy-rich and contains good amounts of fiber and potassium, folate, magnesium, which contributes to the proper functioning of the body.

Rice flour -60gms, banana- 100gms, sugar, cinnamon powder- a tsp
1. In a bowl, add rice flour and mashed bananas. Mix well.
2. Add powdered sugar and mix it well, so that no lumps are formed. Pour water so that it is a flowing batter consistency.
3. Pour this batter into a heated pan and swirl it and cook on both sides.
4. It can be garnished with fruit compote or honey on top.
Serve these delicious pancakes for breakfast!
