Foxtail millets are higly nutritious and gluten free. These are a good option if you want to include gluten free, rich fibre content in your child's diet. This dosa tastes the best with coconut chutney.

1 cup foxtail millet, 1/3rd cup urad dal, 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds, salt to taste, oil
1. Wash and soak foxtail millet and urad dal separately for 3-4 hours.
2. Grind them separately into a smooth batter.
3. Mix both the batters properly and beat well. Add salt and leave it for 5-6 hours for fermentation.
4. Once fermented, mix well again. Heat dosa pan and pour a ladle full of batter on it. Spread the batter in circular motion to make a dosa.
5. Sprinkle oil on top and around edged to cook. Cook from both sides.
Serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
