    Ingredients to make Genasu Halwa:

    Sweet potatoes, maida, oil, sugar, dry fruits

    Steps to make Genasu Halwa:

    1. Wash and cut the sweet potatoes. In a pressure cooker, cook the sweet potatoes for 10 minutes.

    2. In a pan, heat oil and add maida, saute on low flame till maida changes slight color.

    3. Now add the cooked sweet potato, sugar, dry fruits to the maida mixture. Add water and mix well.

    4. Allow to cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.

    Serve hot!
