Ghee Roti is a very healthy and rich in carbohydrates dish, which is good for your child's health. It is super simple and quick to make

250 gm maida, 2 small cups of water, 1 tbsp of ghee, salt to taste
1. Add the maida in a vessel. Then pour the water and start making the dough.
2. Add ghee and salt to it.
3. After the dough is soft enough, make small balls of maida from this dough.
4. Make round rotis from these balls of dough.
5. Put ghee in a frying pan and fry the roti in it.
Serve this Ghee Roti hot with achaar to your kid.
