Golden Dots Pilaf is so colourful you will immediately yearn to dig her spoon into the plate when she sees the golden corns. Sweet corns are sweet, juicy, contains fiber and vitamin C.

1 cup cooked basmati rice, ½ cup sweet corn, 1 cup chopped spring onion, ½ tsp finely chopped ginger garlic, 2 tsp stir fry oil, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tbsp of coriander leaves
1. Steam cook sweet corn for 10 minutes or until it is very soft and can be mashed easily.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger garlic. Fry it for minute.
3. Add the sweet corns and half of the spring onions sauté these till everything is cooked soft under low flame.
4. Add the cooked rice, salt and pepper and cook for 7 minutes under low flame.
5. Switch off the flame and add coriander leaves, and the remaining spring onion and rest it for some time.
