At this stage, your child needs a good helping of vegetables at every meal. These Grated Cabbage Parathas are ideal for your little one, as they are loaded with healthy nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin B6, manganese and fibre.

3/4 cup shredded cabbage, salt to taste, 3 cups whole wheat flour, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, ghee for cooking
1. Mix the cabbage with ½ tsp of salt and keep aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze the excess water from the cabbage.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using a little water.
3. Roll out parathas and fry on a hot tava with a little ghee. Serve hot with curd.
