    Ingredients to make Grated Cabbage Paratha:

    3/4 cup shredded cabbage, salt to taste, 3 cups whole wheat flour, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, ghee for cooking

    Steps to make Grated Cabbage Paratha:

    1. Mix the cabbage with ½ tsp of salt and keep aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze the excess water from the cabbage.

    2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using a little water.

    3. Roll out parathas and fry on a hot tava with a little ghee. Serve hot with curd.
