Haalu Hittu is a semi-soft milk pudding made with milk, rice paste, and sugar, popularly consumed in Karnataka. Milk is good for the bones because it offers a rich source of calcium, a mineral essential for healthy bones and teeth. Cow's milk is fortified with vitamin D, which also benefits bone health. It is also a rich source of protein and good fats! This recipe is an easy and yummy way to include milk in your diet.
