Urad dal, semiya, salt, coconut, sugar, water
1. In a pan, heat oil and add the urad dal and semiya, saute for 2 minutes.
2. Add salt, pinch of sugar, coconut. Add 1 cup of water, mix well.
3. Cover and cook on a low flame for 5-7 minutes, stir occasionally.
Serve this yummy dish hot!
