This is an easy and healthy juice recipe to give your Champ who is always on the move. It gives a quick boost of energy and is good for summers to keep your champ hydrated. Pomegranate is good source of vitamin C and K and you know about an apple a day…..

2 large pomegranates, 2 large apple, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, a pinch of black salt (optional)
1. Chop the pomegranate and remove the pomegranate arils.
2. Peel, core and chop the apples.
3. First add the apples in a blender and extract the juice.
4. Then add the pomegranate arils and extract the juice.
5. Mix both the juices, lemon juice and add a pinch of black salt and stir it well.
6. Pour the juice in a kid-safe glass and serve.
Offer this to your champ at around 11 a.m. and enjoy the way he relishes the juice and gets all perked up for the day.
