This dish does not have any milk, so it is safe for those who cannot tolerate milk. Healthy Vegan Oats Porridge comes with the goodness of both and can make your breakfast healthy.

    Ingredients to make Healthy Vegan Oats Porridge:

    Oats powder-1 cup, salt-to taste, water- 6 cup, jaggery-3 tsp and apple puree-½ cup

    Steps to make Healthy Vegan Oats Porridge:

    1. Put 5 cups of water to boil. Add jaggery and salt.

    2. Combine oats powder with apple puree.

    3. Add oats mixture to the boiling liquid and stir until the porridge comes to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for about 5 minutes, make sure no lumps are formed.

    Serve hot. You can add fress apple slice as a garnish to make this more attractive. Try today!
