    Ingredients to make Jaggery Dosa:

    ½ cup grated jaggery, ½ cup rice flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, ghee for frying

    Steps to make Jaggery Dosa:

    1. Combine all the ingredients along with 2 cups of warm water and mix well to form a pourable batter. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

    2. Heat a non-stick tava and grease it lightly. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread evenly in a circular shape.

    3. Drizzle a little ghee on the dosa and cook on medium heat till the dosa turns brown. Serve with chutney.
