Jal Jeera is a refreshing and delicious drink, which your little one can enjoy on a hot day. Cumin seeds are good for your kid as they improve digestion. Lemon juice, which is added to jal jeera is a good source of vitamin C.

1.5 teaspoon cumin roasted, 1 teaspoon amchur powder, lemon slices, ½ cup mint leaves loosely packed, handful of coriander leaves, lemon juice, ice cubes, 1.5 cups water, 2 tablespoon lemon juice
1. Rinse the mint leaves and coriander leaves well and drain completely.
2. In a blender, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, cumin seeds and aamchur powder. Make sure you remove stem of mint leaves.
3. Add lemon juice.
4. Grind well to smooth paste.
5. In a bowl, add the paste along with 1.5 cups of water.
6. Mix very well.
7. Taste it and add more lemon juice if needed.
8. Garnish with mint leaves ( optional) and lemon slices.
Add ice cubes and serve chill.
