You can prepare a tangy Jaljeera using herbs like coriander and mint leaves along with cumin seed powder and black salt. Adding sugar and salt as per taste, enhances the taste of this quick and easy appetizer.

¼ cup coriander leaves, ¼ cup mint leaves, 1 green chili, 2 tbsp roasted cumin seeds powder, 1 tsp black salt, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste, 5 cups water
1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients except water.
2. Blend the ingredients to a smooth paste.
3. Add 5 cups of chilled water and mix well till you get a homogeneous uniform mixture.
Serve the chilled and tangy Jaljeera fresh.
