    Ingredients to make Jeera Aloo:

    Boiled 4 boiled large potatoes, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 4 tbsp oil, salt to taste, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, ½ piece crushed ginger, 2 chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp coriander seeds crushed, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, ½ tsp dry mango powder, 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves

    Steps to make Jeera Aloo:

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add green chillies, ginger salt and stir.

    2. Add red chilli powder, crushed coriander seeds, turmeric powder roasted cumin powder and dry mango powder.

    3. Add potato cubes and mix it well so that the masala covers all the potato cubes well.

    4. Add coriander leaves and stir

    Serve hot to your kiddo with parathas.
